 Cooked Millet

Ingredients:

1 cup millet

3 cups water

Instructions:

1.  Toast 1 cup of millet grains until golden in a dry pot. (It will begin to "pop" a little as it dries and toasts.)

2. Add three cups of water, bring to a boil, stir, then put on low heat for 25 minutes.
