 Granola Bars

Ingredients:

3 cups toasted poha flakes (see below)

1/2 cup coconut butter, melted with 1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup almonds

1 cup dried fruit

 

Instructions: 

1.  Spread poha flakes on cookie sheet & toast in 350° F oven for 20 min. 

2.  Combine all ingredients well & spread onto greased jellyroll pan (or large pan with sides of ½” or larger). 

3.  Bake 20 min in 350° F oven. 

4.  Cool & cut into squares. 

5.  Makes 24 (1.5oz.) bars.
