 Almond Cookie Things
 
Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground almonds
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
9 tsp Egg Replacer
6 Tbs water
1/2 tps vanilla flavor
4 oz. walnut halves

Instructions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ground almonds and 1/2-cup sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg replacer with water to form peaks.
4. Beat in remaining sugar and vanilla.
5. Fold in ground almond mixture.
6. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, spaced well apart.
7. Press a walnut half into the top of each cookie.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
