Chocolate Cut Out Cookies

One package Miss Roben’s Chocolate Cake Mix

3 tablespoons Spectrum Palm Shortening, melted
1 /2 cup Bette Hagman Flour

1 Tablespoon Deb El egg whites
approximately 1 /3 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except water and mix well. Add enough water to form a crumbly moist dough that is rollable. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on a sanitary work surface and roll dough to 1/8 thickness. Cut into desired shapes. . Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes (this will vary depending on the size of the cookie cutter that you use).
