 Buckeyes

Ingredients:
1  1/2 cup peanut butter
1  1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine
1  1/2 tsp vanilla
Gluten Free/ Casein Free chunks of chocolate or chocolate chips
 
Instructions:
1.  Knead peanut butter, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla together.
2.  Shape into small balls.
3.  Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
4.  Stick a toothpick into each ball and dip in chocolate, leaving a circle on the top uncoated to resemble a buckeye.
5.  Set on wax paper and chill.
